Lets admit it media tend to be biased they started out that way, recall that in 1800 one of the first things Jefferson did was to set up an administration newspaper. Back then newspapers were basically political organs of the party that controlled them thus the xyz Democrat or Republican. After the Civil War the barriers to entry in the newspaper business got higher reaching a peak in the 1950s with the 3 networks. Recently the barriers to entry in the media business have essentially evaporated, so that the media is going back to its roots as political sheets.
