I'm for the policy goal of a free, democratic Cuba with rule of law and private property rights and ending Castro's rule. I think reasonable people can disagree over the best tactics for achieving that and that American travel is just one piece of it. If American travel just enriches Castro and his cronies, that'd be bad. If it helped dissidents there, that'd be good.
