So those who successfully avoid being robbed are somehow being mean to those who stand there and empty their pockets in meek surrender?

Regular readers here know I am no fan of taxes. But the rule of law is important. If you don't like the payroll tax laws, it'd be better to try to change them than to just openly flout them.
