This is exactly right about Tax Notes Today. As a solo tax attorney, I cannot afford the subscription cost for Tax Notes Today. Yet, many of my BigLaw competitors can. This puts me at a competitive disadvantage -- one that my very own tax dollars are paying for. They should not be taxed as a non-profit. It is ridiculous.
