A million doesn't go very far nowadays. It used to connote a retiree's ability to maintain a certain standard of living in retirement....not any more.

I would bet that Lamont has many more 'millions' than does Joe Lieberman and as such they are really not comparable. For example. Joe's 935 to 3 something doesn't allow him the latitude to fund his campaign himself. Compare to Linda McMahon or Rick Scott in Florida with 60 million spent in the primary. Lamont did and can spend from his own pocket.

Not all milionaires are equal and throwing the word around freely doesn't make for good comparisons.
