With the current level of unemployment if the job really needs doing someone else will do it. If the job is one where unique skills are involved, then the wages will rise to re-incentivize the person. In reality there are very very few such jobs and all are high paid (entertainers and sports types). Most business types are replaceable, and so don't qualify.
