Mike Allen, who each day reports on the inside the beltway conventional wisdom, has gotten more bullish on the Republican's chances. Is this worthy of notice?

It seemed worth noting to me that in a week he went from mocking a projection as a tulip craze to buying into a projection that exceeded the one he had originally mocked, especially since each of his projections do not include the history of his previous projections.
