If people in Manhattan need maids, let them pay to figure it out

It's simple. In Houston, and most of Texas, we don't have to have existential conversations about affordability for entrepreneur. If they can't afford the housing, they shift their food truck business about 15 miles west, and live perfectly comfortably and safely. Their business improves by following demand, which also happens to be where it is less expensive to live. This is a liberal enclave problem, created by restrictionist policies, that they are trying to outsource to the rest of the federal taxpayers.
