I have no where near the worth of these people but I exited NY in 2017 because I was sick of the taxes. I moved to TN.
Just for fun, for 2018 I did my taxes as if I still lived in NY.
I would have owed the state of NY over $16,000.
I did owe TN $640 in income taxes.
