these people are victims of the commi purge of the American experiment, because they are not govt or corp with endless resources to sue the hell out of their oppressors/ persecutors, for libel, defamation, wrongful dismissal, hate crimes, and violation of countless constitutionally protected rights, seeking redress in the courts, would all be bankrupt long before the appeals process reached SCOTUS.
