This isn't a case like "Steve Forbes, Plaintiff–Intervenor–Appellant, v. POWERS," where at great expense, Forbes obtained easier ballot access in NYS for all similarly situated persons under a law rigged to favor the Party's favorite.
This is more like William Kennedy Smith's rape trial, showing that if one spends enough money in Florida's legal system (via lead defense attorney, Roy Black), you can win.
Kraft will still be known for squalid encounters in a massage parlor, rather than this technical legal victory, because he was guilty as charged.
