If only. Professor Lepore's remedy requires the capacity to admit the possibility of wrongdoing. I am afraid that most politicians and the media and the universities no longer understand the concept apart from statutory law. Democracy to be effective and lasting requires virtue. Not much in evidence these days. Do call my attention to it when you find any.
