Does Future of Capitalism have some inside information that warrants the conclusion, above, that "a lot of the [inside information] cases that are rumored or discussed or brought or "rampant" are a lot less clear cut..... " ? And while you're enlightening us on that, how about dropping the 'ad hominem' remarks that now seem to infuse much of your editorializing ? I don't remember nearly so much of that in SmarterTimes, which is one of the things that made SmarterTimes so good and so different.
