Biden evidently recognizes that the throwing more resources into a situation where they can not will is essentially doing the same thing and expecting different results. Which is of course a definition of insanity. It seems that the deep state as well as many in politics have forgotten this, in favor of if at first you don't succeed try try again. Of course changing course is a flip flop according to the media.
