History shows that few families are very good beyond 2 generations at running a large business, as the children decide they are too good for it. Several novels have been written about this. But a simple way is to effectively have the government give a mortgage to the family owner, paid by the first profits from the business, up to some dollar limit per year. It could pay out over say 20 years.
