"The Kaiser Family Foundation parsing of state and federal data as of December 13, 2021, found that, in, say, California 69 percent of whites had been given at least one vaccine dose, and 59 percent of blacks and 57 percent of Hispanics had one."

Hispanic is not a race. Are these numbers for Non-White Hispanics or total Hispanics? If the latter, they're double-counting White-Hispanics, Black-Hispanics, etc.
