The U.S. Constitution, The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, Article IV, Section 4 states:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government...."

My comment is that any submission by a State of gerrymandered Congressional Districts should be rejected by Congress as a violation of the above congressional stricture.
