Giving China some of our strategic reserve oil looks like Joe Biden panting to ease his master's takeover of US power in the world. The Biden gang's policies to thwart US fossil fuel production hiked gas costs at the pump and inflation generally. But Biden had no idea how he would get enough renewable energy to supplant suppressed US fossil fuel. Further, he did not realize that his policies would boost Russia's return on its fossil fuel production, fuel China and India both want.

Nor, apparently, are many, and certainly not this Democrat administration, planning to finance and install modernized nuclear fuel plants.

Trump ran a competent government, with terrific nominations of top people, with good domestic policies, and some poor foreign policies, but his lack of self-control hurt him. His insult of Elon Musk reminds why he should stop running for president. Of Trump's many less-than-intelligent insults, that was Trump's dumbest. Donald Trump, please go.
