What is the point extracted from this article ?

Does this article serve Capitalism or Socialism ? I'm lost ! I know it should be a point added up to the credits of Capitalism, yet I don't see how ! Can you help me figuring out what has this interview anything to do with Capitalism ? What is the lesson learned?

The Future of Capitalism replies:

I think Schwarzenegger's ideological inconsistency has helped cause some of California's problems, but I take the point that the article doesn't exactly convey that.
