I've been a member at One Medical for a little while now and I found your post to be spot on. They really have figured out a way to change the way health care is delivered. At first I thought the annual fee was a bit weird...but then remembered my last trip to urgent care when I really needed to see someone. The ability to not have to endure the pain of that experience immediately justified the cost!

And as you point out, their infrastructure really seems to leverage technology to make the entire patient experience better. I hope to never again fill out my medical history on a clipboard while waiting for my appointment!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on how places like One Medical can really make a difference.
