As a senior citizen, my doctor requires me to answer a series of questions about tripping (not the acid kind) and falling that I may have experienced over the past year. Medicare requires it and so does any good physical exam.
I see no mention of Biden having completed a questionnaire or answered any questions about tripping and falling. I don't wonder why.
