This is trying to get back to the old partnership model, albeit not fully in that the banker can't be wiped out totally if the company goes under as in a pure partnership. Perhaps you create a partnership and it employs the executives, the company paying the partnership for their services. The goal is to get back to the old days where it is said the partners kept an eye on each other because their entire net worth was at risk.
