The rest of the $3.5 billion budget deficit is supposed to be filled with concessions from public sector unions. If you know anything at all about Conn. politics, you know that won't happen, can't happen, and the Governor certainly doesn't expect it to happen. So, my prediction is that he'll be coming back to the tax well for another $2 billion in tax increases by mid summer at the latest.

What Connecticut needs is its own Chris Christie. Instead, we have a bunch of hacks owned lock, stock and barrel by the public employee unions.
