The free market at work, flood the vineyard with gas stations, and let's pop a walmart in there while we're at it!

That way at least some of the jobs and sales tax revenue would stay on-island as opposed to now, with the various ferry operators advertising to islanders their terminals' proximity to the mainland Walmarts.
