Thank you, Mr. Stoll, for making that comparison of Dems increasing by 44% vs. a possible 1.6% proposed reduction.

And didn't much of the 44% happen just by decree? TARP, etc. Perhaps Congress retroactively approved what had already been done, I don't recall.
