Editorial Correction Counter ?

I've always wanted to see someone tally up the number of printed corrections the NYT publishes for errors made *on their editorial page*. Frankly, seems like there's one every couple few months. While I don't read much about other newspapers, I'd think that such a run of corrections should be highly embarrassing to the editorial writers and to anyone who bothers to pay for a subscription.
