St. Joe Co.

600,000 acres purchased at 1936 prices. Miles and miles of perfect beaches. A new International airport in the midst of many aerospace bases; a port halfway between Panama and the Atlantic; a rail link to the heartland. Berkowitz is another Flagler. I'm waiting at Berkowitz's side.
