It was Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, and they had a scematic drawing of a nuclear weapon in their possession when apprehended. Stalin was the biggest single criminal, (who never bathed), in the History of Mankind who said, "One death is a tragedy. Millions are just statistics." (And he would know.) What he did NOT know is tens of millions of deaths are tens of millions of tragedies.
