Boskin writes ..Reader comment on: Boskin on Government and Growth Submitted by Jerry Skurnik (United States), May 25, 2011 17:15 Boskin writes "the voters appear to be onto something important" as he tries to say the wins by Harper in Canada & Cameron in the UK mean something to the US & France. But is it the voters or the voting system. Because Canada & the UK are parliamentary democracies with a first past the post system, neither Harper or Cameron won their elections with a majority of the voters.
