For Joplin for example move the tornado 10 miles north or south and it would have mostly bothered crops. For some of the tornados in Al, its about the same, move the storm 10 miles north or south and it would not have been a big story. To take an earlier example Greensburg, KS if you moved that storm 1 mile north or south the town would not have been destroyed. So to say that roll of the dice landing the storms where they did is a function of global warming as noted is quite a stretch.
