You forgot his golf games!

However, this is unfair criticism. The Republicans are not negotiating in good faith. When one side takes any talks of tax increases off the table, this is not a serious negotiation, so why waste one's time until the other side is serious about compromise. Obama is right in thinking that it is going to take a lot of pressure from Republican wall street puppet masters to make Boehner et al cave and pass the increase. The only question in my mind, is do the Republicans cave before or after the Dow sinks 10%. Remember how the TARP votes went?
