Exemptions for certain corporate jets?

I wonder if Mr. Obama thinks Tilman Fertitta should be taxed more heavily for his corporate jet -- or would he get some special exemption?

And Obama may not be a Supreme Court Justice, but mark my words, in the next democratic administration when a SCJ opening comes up, Obama's name will be floated as a candidate.
