Yes, at the _rhetorical_ level.

By now, anyone who has honestly paid attention should know that what Obama SAYS cannot usually be correlated with what he DOES. He may be putting on the appearance of being a centrist or "triangulator", but it's a waste of time to analyze his speeches to figure out what he supports.
