Prius investigation started in Japan

One important piece of info about this whole affair is the fact that the investigation into the Prius brake system seems to have started in Japan. Of course this doesn't rule out the possibility of our government pressuring Toyota for domestic reasons, but it does add an important piece of information that doesn't make the story seem so blatant.
