The Wall Street Journal is correct in that Republicans simply do not have the number of votes in the Senate to get a deal better than this one.That is the reality. You can argue politics, but not mathematics. Two plus two is never going to give you more than four, no matter the argument, and one Branch of government does not equal control. Period.
