When asked what the market would do he said it will fluctuate. Of course the commentators have to invent a reason, perhaps there is a market for figuring out the horoscope of the market. Just like during the greek debt crisis I wanted someone to go to Delphi, set the oracle up again and consult her on the future. (It would be as good as all the prognosticators)
