Who? What? will replace the rating services? Some political organization? What kind of ratings do you think we'll get then? Every system has faults; but the freedoms we have still surpass any other attempts to clarify the situations.

No, private organizations, more free than the heavily regulated ones we have now and better because they have more competition.
