Perry would have the states be as intrusive as the feds. He signed the first statewide building code for unincorporated areas, (used to be you did not need a building permit or any inspections). He pushed the idea of every girl at 14 getting a $900 series of HPV vaccine to support his buddies. I think one might call him an aggressive supporter of the 9th and 10th amendments. An interesting idea to take things to the limit is to abolish all federal aid to state and local governments. If the folks want the services they can tax themselves locally. That of course is a way to fix the deficit problem, no sewage plant aid, no disaster aid, no education aid, no medical aid, take the feds back to they way they where in the McKinley admin.

Of course big business would fight the change from 1 to 51 regulators as it would drastically increase costs of doing business.
