The personal computer did not come out of Job's garage. The first personal computer was the Altair and it came from an outfit in Albuquerque, N.M. called MITS. It was for this reason that Microsoft (then called Micro-Soft) also began in Albuquerque, founded by 2 guys named Bill Gates and Paul Allen.
