There is no reason the Rockefeller foundations need to continue to exist, raise the required payout to 10% or put a say 30 year time limit on the foundations. This would tend also to keep foundations closer to their founders desires as the folks running them would likely know the founders at most second hand. Note that Gates and Buffet have done this, time limiting their foundations.
