Our President should not be detailing bills; that is a legislative function.

Frankly, Congress should be slapping him down over a separation of powers issues.

If Barry wanted to write legislation, he should have stayed a Senator.

However, the Speaker is to blame for trying to score popularity points by shredding the Constitution and demanding that the President do the legislators' jobs.
