Here you have a person's right to enjoy their meal without smoke odors, it's a 25% 75% issue. Compared with 30 years ago the indoor environment for a non smoker is so much better, you don't leave meetings stinking of others smoke. IMHO its a rights of others issue, essentially that as a smoker you have shoved your fist in my face very close to hitting me where your rights stop. I have never smoked but for a while was forced to share an office with a smoker. (25 years ago).
