Unemployment Insurance is not Insurance

I agree with Peter Schiff and I'll add this: It's not insurance; it's welfare. Unemployment insurance involves programs run by the states for which premiums are paid. Benefits have long since run out, but the government handouts have retained the title. This welfare is paid by taxpayers and it contributes to the national debt.
