Rip the IRS out by it roots and burn it at the stake never to rear its ugly criminal head again. Install a consumption tax. It encourages savings, you are only taxed on what you spend, it immediately brings into the system anyone that buys anything inside our boarders. Trillions more dollars will be generated overnight. Plenty extra money for safety nets for less fortunate,social security can be made solvent, health, education, werlfare and infrastructure can be funded. Illegals living in our country become an asset rather than a liability , any criminal activity that lives lavishly off their money will pay their fair share. It is the only fair long term answer. Everyone contributes if they spend a dime inside our borders. Americafairjust/usworkingclass.
