Definitions

I understand where you're coming from on this but I'm wondering if Ryan's definition of subsidizing is the same as your definition. I didn't get the impression that he was advocating taking away or reducing Social Security or Medicare benefits for the well-to-do but it seemed (to me) that he didn't want to give the impression that those people could be getting more than they should under the law.

But, then, I'm an art major. What do I know?
