Mainland Chinese Debts

Although the poem is not PC, it is, alas, true. I work for an international collection firm. Unless a Chinese debtor has a good address in Hong Kong where the former English rule of law and Court system are still effective, I have yet to see a mainland Chinese debt collected, regardless of how carefully the contract terms were written. Mainland Chinese debts are effectively not enforceable.
