companies may be better with babies

Clearly, companies look at a cost/benefit analysis when deciding on recalls. When it comes to babies, companies do we to ere on the side of caution. as juries would be particularly harsh when awarding penalties. But what about when the company is peddling shoddy mortgages to minorities?
