Thanks very much for that compliment of the Forward's editorials in support of Morrison v. Olson. I would add one point. while the Forward took the position that the independent counsels were unconstitutional, it did not take the position that the journalism of either the Wall Street Journal or the New York Times problematic. On the contrary, the Forward took the position that the aggressive journalism of the Journal was entirely appropriate. I understand you did not say otherwise. But many did, and I always like to make that distinction.
