Because you are Jewish and for the reasons listed in your post you do not have much to worry about being branded an anti-semite. If a Catholic ( like me) found himself in your sitation it would be a bad situation. thus, one cannot speak/write freely for fear of being labeled an anti semite. Not good, but that's the way it is.
