The real reason for medicare fraud

Medicare is totally computerized and the bills are paid by a machine instead of an eagle eyed elderly lady, the kind phisicans used to hire to do their billing. Let the governent hire some human beings to pay the Mediare bills and the frauds would be detected. It would take longer but the crooks would be contained, and some employment made possible in this jobless world.
